Printed Design Your design is printed onto the pin and then illuminated from the LEDs. Choose as many colors as you’d like in the print at no additional cost. 2. Safety Pin or Magnet Attachment Choose from a safety pin or a magnet for easy attachment to any garment. If you’d rather avoid making holes, the magnet back is a great alternative. We also offer a necklace attachment or 3M tape for wall mounting. 3. Button Switch Turn on the LED pin by pressing the push button switch on the back side of the pin. Press again to cycle through all three light modes: steady on, fast flashing, and slow flashing led lights. The black foam protector on the back is meant for shipment protection and can be removed upon receipt. Customer Photo Gallery Frequently Asked Questions What kind of batteries do they take? LED Pins are powered by 2 CR927 batteries, which come included & installed. Pull the plastic tab first and then you will be able to turn on the LEDs and cycle through the different light options. The batteries last for around 25 hours before needing to be replaced. Can I make a custom shape? LED pins come standard as a 2″ x 2″ circle, though we can make the pin design cut to any shape such as a heart, star, or shield, as well as cut to the shape of your specific logo. LED pins with custom shapes may require a higher order quantity. How do you cycle through the lighting modes? The power button is located on the back side of the pin. Press that same button to cycle through each light option: steady on (or color-changing), slow blink, and fast blink. Hold the button for 3 seconds to power on & off. What is the recommended LED color for a full color logo? We always recommend using the white LED option for a colorful printed logo design. This way each part of your design will light up true to color. For example, if you were to use a blue light onto a yellow logo it may appear green when lighting up. Our designers will guide you towards the best option based on your needs. Why is there a foam piece on the back? We include a black foam bumper around the battery pack power button to ensure the batteries do not accidentally drain during shipping. This prevents the pins from pushing into each other and turning on during shipment. You can peel the foam bumper off upon receipt or keep it on if you prefer. How long do the batteries last?
