I’m a huge fan of stories set in the zombie apocalypse and of Sita Bethel’s stories in general, so this is the perfect combination for me! In contrast to your normal everyday zombie stories, Plaque and Ash is set in a fantasy world that comes with its own little twists and I totally did not see some parts of the story coming! The whole story is quite plot driven and can be a bit graphic at times (in a horror kind of way, but for my personal feeling it was just the right amount of horror elements). And of course it wouldn’t be a Sita Bethel novel without some steamy elements, so you can look forward to some F/F action when they take a break from killing the zombs
